Picabo has technically realized three large project for ZOOM International: a large web presentation in three language versions, a partner portal and a presentation portal. All these projects take an advantage of the “content management” system – both for a custom-modified “open source” system and for a system developed by Picabo itself.

General information

webStorageWebStorage is a system providing a simple, cheap and flexible solution for managing photos, advertising and business materials of companies and especially hotels, city tourist centers, sports, cultural and similar facilities designated for their partners, such as travel agencies, web portals, promotion agencies, printing shops, journalists, etc. Its main advantage consists in a very easy uploading of documents of all types and the subsequent control of access rights to these files. You can establish various categories of subscribers and assign them rights or you can establish rights for specific users. WebStorage supports special public access without using passwords, which can be easily used for presenting selected materials to the wide public in the form of a photo gallery or a document gallery, for example at the company website.

This system is rather convenient when you have a lot of materials that you distribute to your partners and you need to keep control over the access to these materials. You can publish photographs and instead of sending these photographs to individual recipients, you can just e-mail a user name and a password to your partners. If you modify a photo or document content you don't have to distribute new photos and documents to everybody, just load them to the webStorage and your partners will download them.
